Websites

Ok, fine. You don’t know me. I get it. Here are a few websites I’ve worked on recently. If you’d like to see more or discuss your specific project, get in touch.

TEKCHIX – thetekchix.com

This New Orleans-based technology staffing agency was fun to work with. Their original landing page featured bright, alternating background colors and the current home page’s header text changes to reflect their business goals. Nifty coding added little details that make this site standout.

Louisiana Crafts Guild – louisianacrafts.org

This site is a great example of one with a directory. This could be employees, affiliated lawyers, projects – in this case it’s artists in the guild. There are profiles for all 150+ artists and you can search by name or medium. I love how easy search works on this site and how the portfolio pages really showcase the artists’ work.

Hearts of Hope – theheartsofhope.org

I’ve done a lot of work with non-profits. Partnering with the Hearts of Hope sexual trauma center was especially rewarding. The site includes an emergency Safety Exit button you can click to quickly hide the site in your browser. This is an important feature for a site that assists people in abusive relationships.

Web hosting

Yes I will also host your site and I’ll do a better job than GoDaddy. From the moment we start the project, I’ll take care of all the technical nitty-gritty like figuring out your domain registrar, DNS, what you’ve got, what you need, what you don’t need. Once we’re done creating your beautiful, easily-navigable, professionally awesome site, I’ll continue to support your business by keeping your website secure and up-to-date.

We could put your site on GoDaddy instead, but then you’d have to deal with them. I’ll make it easy for you so you can focus on what you do best – run your business.
